Access for Everyone

PCC is committed to providing respectful, accessible services and information. We do not want language, disability or communication needs to prevent someone from understanding their rights, services or available resources.

Language assistance and reasonable communication support are available as required by applicable law, program requirements and contracts. If you need an interpreter, translated information, large print, an accessible electronic format or another communication accommodation, contact PCC at 215-725-7200 or use the assistance request option on this page.

Nondiscrimination statement

PCC prohibits discrimination and provides program access without exclusion or unequal treatment on the basis of any status protected by applicable federal, state or local law. PCC provides meaningful language access, effective communication, auxiliary aids and services, and reasonable modifications as required. Concerns regarding discrimination, access or accommodation should be routed through PCC’s approved compliance/complaint process and, when applicable, to the responsible MCO or governmental entity.

Website Accessibility

PCC’s website is designed with WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the accessibility target. We continue to review content, navigation, forms and downloadable documents to improve access for people using assistive technology.

If you experience a website accessibility problem, tell us what page or feature created difficulty and the best way to contact you. PCC will review the issue and work to provide the information in another accessible format when appropriate.
