Paul S. Rimar
Through his experience and passion, Paul took a leap of faith to begin PCC as its founder and current Executive Director. His background in social work and experience working in a managed care setting inspired him towards achieving the healthcare “triple aim” (Improving the patient experience of care including quality and satisfaction; Improving the health of populations; and Reducing the per capita cost of health care) in the populations we serve. Paul spreads the mission and values of the organization through its staff, community, and the participants we manage. Paul brings Patient Care Coordination over 13 years of experience from a variety of facets including, but not limited to long and short term care, acute care hospital, hospice and palliative care, managed care, and nephrology and transplantation. Paul achieved his Masters in Social Work from Temple University along with a Certificate in Gerontology from Temple University School of Medicine – Institute on Aging.
